Position Name: RM Assistant
Assistant Relationship Manager of Corporate Banking Department (CBD) is responsible for assist in marketing and relation management relating to corporate and financial customers, and can propose financing products, settlement service to customers under RM guidance.
Job responsibilities:
• Assisting to collect customer information and industry dynamics, explore and develop the targeted customers, assist to maintain the existing customer relationship;
•Assisting to conduct Due Diligence and other KYC process in compliance with AML policy and related workflows, and coordinate with RM to deal with business applications proposed by the customers;
•Assisting to deal with corporate business including but not limited in corporate account management, deposit, loans, transfers, payments, FX etc.;
•Assisting to conduct risk rating and support RM to perform credit analysis;
•Assisting to practice the whole procedure of credit facilities and execute the regular or irregular investigations during the process of pre-loan, on-loan and post-loan management;
•Assisting to continuously watch on financial market dynamics, industry information and regulatory policy changes, and assist to identify and react and prevent the business risks in time;
•Assisting to draft internal rules and regulations with a first understanding of guiding polies from the H.Q.
•Assisting to finalize documentation management related to accounts and transactions;
•Assisting RM to clear and manage the problem customers if any;
•Responsible for maintaining and protecting customer information according to GDPR.
•Performing other due responsibilities proposed by the Branch.
Specific competences - KNOWLEDGE:
•Have the financial occupation background and knowledge in economic, financial, marketing, accounting, legal and other disciplines;
• Awareness of compliance and risk control.
Specific competences – SKILLS:
• Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure;
•Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
• Strong marketing skills, analysis ability, decision-making ability and the ability to deliver comprehensive financial solutions and implement these solutions based on customer demands;
• Strong innovative thinking skills and the ability to master new products or new solutions of the Branch in time;
•Skillful in Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Education requirements:
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or above in principle;
•Have the financial occupation background and knowledge in economic, financial, marketing, accounting, legal and other disciplines;
Language requirements:
Fluency in
English and Czech, Chinese capability is preferred.
Experience
requirements:
relevant experience in Banking field, or Financing institution would be preferable .
