Customers sign and submit cross-border/domestic LC application and relevant documents online through E-banking. BOCOM signs the application online after LC issuance. Both customer and BOCOM can download the application signed by both parties electronically. Through E-banking, customers can submit/view LC, confirm documents under LC agent collection, apply for FX declaration, as well as check the progress and documents of incoming LCs.

Ⅱ. Product Features

The entire process of cross-border/domestic LC collection/agent collection is paperless. Through E-banking, customers can keep track of incoming and outgoing LCs in real time, as well as print the receipt online.
