Customers can submit and sign trade finance application as well as upload relevant documents online through E-banking. BOCOM accepts application, completes financing, then signs the application online. Customers and BOCOM can download the application signed by both parties electronically. Without going to banks, customers can process import/export bill advance, collection/agent collection finance, outward/inward payment advance, outward collection financing, export factoring, forfaiting, etc.

Online trade finance is paperless. Through E-banking, customers can keep track of transaction in real time, view application results, and print receipt online.
