OTO Investment Gold (also known as "OTO Gold") and OTO Investment Silver (also known as "OTO Silver") are the self-owned brands of gold and silver products launched by Bank of Communications. They are customized by Bank of Communications, and the prices vary according to the market in real time.
2. OTO Gold Collections
OTO Gold Collections with investment and collection value refer to the precious metal products offered by Bank of Communications that have unique connotations in humanities, history, art, etc., including series such as Chinese Zodiac, products for festivals and weddings, national treasure masters and classic themes.
3. Gold and Silver Panda Coins
"Panda Coin" is the legal currency of the People's Republic of China issued by the People's Bank of China, including Gold Panda Coin and Silver Panda Coin.
4. Gold Repo
Gold Repo refers to the service for investors to cash in physical gold at real-time price.
II. Precious Metal and Commodity Trading
1. Precious Metal Wallet
The Precious Metal Wallet business refers to the one-stop precious metal service introduced by Bank of Communications that integrates the functions of buying, selling, depositing, accumulating of precious metal shares, and the shares can be converted into fixed-term gold investment products or physical precious metals. The main functions include: a. real-time transaction and accumulation investment plan: the customer acquires the precious metal shares of Bank of Communications based on physical precious metals through real-time transaction or accumulation investment plan; b. Precious metal investment with maturity income: The customer may purchase or convert the precious metal shares into a variety of fixed-term precious metal investment products, and the maturity income is reflected by increased shares; and c. Physical conversion: The customer may convert the precious metal shares into physical precious metals and other related products provided by Bank of Communications.
2. Account-based Precious Metals
The Account-based Precious Metals business refers to the long/short investment products Bank of Communications offers to individual customers for the trading of precious metal shares in RMB or USD through bookkeeping. The RMB-denominated account-based precious metals business supports gold, silver, platinum and palladium investment transactions, and the USD-denominated account-based precious metals business supports gold and silver investment transactions. Only the gold shares can be converted and delivered physically.
3. Account-based Commodities
The Account-based Commodities (currently including crude oil, copper and soybeans) business refers to the long/short investment products Bank of Communications offers to individual customers for the trading of commodities shares in RMB through bookkeeping without physical delivery.
4. Brokerage of SGE Precious Metals
The Brokerage of SGE Precious Metals is that Bank of Communications, a financial member of Shanghai Gold Exchange （SGE）acts as a broker, makes quotes, settles the transactions and delivers physical precious metals according to customers’ instructions.
III. Structured Deposits and Wealth Management Products
The Structured Deposits and Wealth Management Products refer to the structured financial products with returns link to precious metal and commodity prices. The products have different options of terms and structures, the return varies with the market conditions.
